The Sunshine State Cup is BACK! The Cup is a completely online fitness competition, very similar to the CrossFit Open. All workouts can be done from your own gym. Divisions include Rx, Masters, and Scaled. The Cup begins Monday, July 2nd. Every Monday at 8pm, a WOD(s) is released for the week. You crush it, video it on here, and submit it to our leaderboard! EVERY athlete is getting hooked up with a swag bag and event T-shirt!
