Here are the details: Celebrate Valentine's with WOD Nation by grabbing your swolemate and getting after it with this short n' sweet synchro WOD!

STANDARDS FOR RX:
-Synchro pull ups: partners must reach chin over bar at the same time for the rep to count. Athletes may remain in chin over bar hold until the other partner completed the movement (chin over bar -make sure we can see this in the video not your back!)
-Synchro T2B: toes/feet must make contact at the same time for rep to count (make sure we see those toes touch the bar not your back!)
-Synchro burpees: chest must touch the ground at the same time (you can wait for your partner at the bottom) and jump together at the top making hip extend open. (make sure we can see your chest in the video not your back!)

STANDARDS FOR SCALE:
-Synchro ring rows: this is a standard ring row. The arms must be fully extended at the bottom, feet out in front (initial position needs to be perpendicular to the rings) Partners start in a full hang and the rings must clearly touch the chest at the same time for the rep to count
-Synchro Knee Ups: knees must break parallel at the hip at the same time for rep to count (basically keeping in sync for the rep to count!)
-Synchro burpees: chest must touch the ground at the same time (you can wait for your partner at the bottom) and jump together at the top making hip extend open. (make sure we can see your chest in the video not your back!)
